Joining is completely FREE! No monthly fees, no listing fees. We only earn when you earn — a transparent 15% commission + £10 flat fee per sale. This covers payment processing, platform hosting, and marketing that brings customers to your products.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your earnings are available for withdrawal in your vendor dashboard. You can request payouts at any time, and funds typically arrive in your bank account within 2-5 business days.
You manage your own inventory and shipping. Set your own rates, choose your carriers, and ship directly to customers. This gives you full control over packaging and delivery experience. We provide shipping labels integration to make it easier.

It shows your business name, services, opening hours, photos, and location so customers can find you. You can have a listing without selling physical products — perfect for hairdressers, restaurants, tailors, tutors, and other service-based businesses. If you also sell products, your listing and your shop work together.
We support 10 business categories: Beauty & Hair, Food & Drink, Tailoring & Alterations, Professional Services, Events & Entertainment, Health & Wellness, Education & Tutoring, Retail & Shopping, Community & Religious, and Transport & Logistics. Each category comes with its own set of tools — for example, Food & Drink businesses get a digital menu builder, while Beauty businesses get an appointment booking system.
Every listing includes a Vendor Hub dashboard where you can manage orders, track earnings, and view enquiries. Depending on your category, you also get access to: Appointment Booking (for beauty, health, professional services), Digital Menu & Takeaway Ordering (for food businesses), Custom Order Management (for tailors), and a Portfolio Gallery. Some advanced tools require the Grow or Professional tier — you start on the free Community tier and can upgrade any time.
Your listing appears in our Habesha Business Directory, which customers can browse by category and city. When someone searches for "Habesha hairdresser in London" or "Ethiopian restaurant in Manchester", your listing shows up with your photo, services, hours, and contact details.
