Payment Account: A bank account compatible with Stripe for receiving payouts.

Vendor Policies

Standard Products:
- Customers may request returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
- Vendors must process refunds within 5 business days of receiving returned items.
Custom/Made-to-Order:
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or significant deviation from specs.
- Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.
- Custom orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
- Excessive vendor cancellations (>5%) will result in account review.
- Respond to customer messages within 24-48 hours.
- All communication must remain on the HDM platform for your protection.
- Be professional, courteous, and helpful — we're all ambassadors of Habesha culture.
- Counterfeit or replica designer items
- Items that infringe on intellectual property
- Items culturally offensive or misrepresenting Habesha traditions
- Any illegal items under UK or international law
- Order Fulfillment Rate: ≥95% shipped on time
- Cancellation Rate: ≤5% of total orders
- Response Time: ≤48 hours average
- Customer Rating: ≥4.0 stars average
